What You'll Do As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focused role, you will work on long tail projects focused on Implementation, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain specific data, and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute to cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected in order to understand client requirements and to design / develop solutions. Driving key modules within implementation projects, focusing on executing strategies in line with established goals Analytical thinking and problem solving, applying business transformation principles in practical scenarios Contributing to the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models. Communicating with case teams and clients team members in a credible and confident way Ensuring high quality execution of project components, maintaining a focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness Streamlining and enhancing organizational processes and skill development for efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will contribute to codifying knowhow & assets emerging from case and proposal work and will assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your expertise. You're Good At Helping solve client problems while executing long tail implementation programs. Translating business strategies into practical actions. Working collaboratively and effectively in a group dynamic, in person or virtually. Working in agile ways. Communicating with a diverse array of team, stakeholder, and client professionals. Being flexible and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas. Navigating complexity and ambiguity. What You'll Bring 2+ years of consulting experience in Operations/ Procurement and implementation or related field strongly preferred In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred Analyzing data and extracting actionable insights Proven experience in effectively translating strategy into action Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Power Point) other analytical tools is + Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred) Fluency in Arabic and English Strong business acumen and problem solving capabilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Who You'll Work With As a Client Focus Senior analyst, you will work face to face with clients and with BCG Project Leaders, Associates and Consultants. In the period between cases, you will collaborate with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to bring expertise and capabilities to the service of our internal and external clients.
