The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in architectural design and construction oversight, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary architectural representative on-site, ensuring all works align with approved designs and specifications.Monitor construction activities daily to verify compliance with architectural standards, quality benchmarks, and safety regulations.Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups, ensuring they meet design intent and project requirements.Coordinate closely with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders to resolve design-related issues promptly and effectively.Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports highlighting progress, deviations, and corrective actions.Ensure timely communication of design clarifications and updates to maintain smooth workflow and avoid delays.Advocate for quality and aesthetics while balancing functionality and industrial standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture12–15 years of experience, with proven expertise in industrial projects and site supervision.Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industrial design standards.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
