The team is expanding and seeking top-tier talent to support its continued success.As a Senior Associate in the Private Equity team, you will play a critical role in the full lifecycle of investments—from origination and due diligence through to execution and portfolio management. Key responsibilities include:Key ResponsibilitiesLeading financial analysis, valuation, and modeling for potential investmentsSupporting deal structuring, negotiations, and documentationConducting market and sector research with a focus on GCC opportunitiesManaging relationships with portfolio companies and contributing to value creation initiativesPreparing investment committee materials and presenting findingsCollaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across the investment processQualificationsMust be currently working in the UAE (essential)Native or fluent Arabic language skills (essential)6-8 years of experience in private equity or M&AProven track record in executing transactions and managing portfolio companiesStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsDeep understanding of the GCC investment landscapeExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesA proactive, team-oriented mindset with high attention to detail#J-18808-Ljbffr
