Senior Automotive Spare Parts Buyer

OverviewYou will be responsible for managing the supply and procurement of spare parts essential for our automotive reconditioning operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, maintain inventory levels, and ensure the timely availability of spare parts to support maintenance and repair activities.ResponsibilitiesContact and negotiate with suppliers with adherence to specifications, price, payment terms, and delivery dates according to workshop requests.Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturers.Ensure that the average time of arrival of spare parts does not exceed 3 days from the approval of the work order.Manage inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs based on projected demand and cost targets. Monitor inventory levels.Ensure the effective management of the spare parts warehouse.Ensure the return of spare parts that were faulty or purchased and are not operationally needed.Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners, mainly with the Operations Team.Develop, execute, and analyze requests (RFx’s), manage contracts and documentation in line with Company Policy and procedures.Monitor, manage and report related KPIs.Qualifications5+ years of experience in procurement in spare parts and third-party services.Graduated from related undergraduate or associate degree departments of universities.Multi-brand spare parts buying experience is a must.ERP Management.Good level of MS Office programs (especially MS Excel).Negotiation skills to deal with vendors of different categories and achieve the best results.Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment with intensive relationship management.Good team player with a positive attitude.Proven project management and prioritization skills (control of scope, time, quality and budget).Self-learner with an entrepreneurship and commercial sense.Advanced level of English.BenefitsHealth insuranceLife insurancePreferential price for retail cars upon completion of probation period26 working days of holidaysIf you are passionate about excellent execution, if you love challenges and being part of a mission-driven team, KAVAK is the place for you!#J-18808-Ljbffr
