Job Title: Senior AWS Cloud IT Support EngineerLocation: Dubai, UAE (Onsite)Experience: 5+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Senior AWS Cloud IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support and manage AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, optimize cloud resources, and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. This onsite role in Dubai requires hands‑on expertise in AWS services, cloud architecture, and IT support best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure and related IT systems.Monitor, maintain, and optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and VPC.Deploy, configure, and manage cloud resources and applications.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control in AWS and enterprise systems.Implement and maintain security best practices in cloud and IT environments.Troubleshoot complex networking, server, and application issues.Document support procedures, incidents, and solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement IT solutions.Support backup, disaster recovery, and system maintenance procedures.Required Skills & TechnologiesAWS Services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation.Networking: DNS, VPN, TCP/IP, Firewall configuration, Load Balancers.Operating Systems: Windows Server, Linux/Unix.Monitoring & Troubleshooting: CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Config.IT Support: Incident management, problem resolution, ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira).Scripting/Automation: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Security: IAM, Key Management Service (KMS), Security Groups, compliance standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support with extensive AWS exposure.Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS architecture.Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.PreferredAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Desk.#J-18808-Ljbffr
