Your primary focus will involve bridging the gap between business stakeholders and IT teams by eliciting requirements, conducting impact assessments, and documenting As-Is and To-Be processes. While strong hands-on experience with Flexcube is mandatory, candidates with exposure to Finacle or large-scale core banking migrations will be highly valued.
