<div><h3>Senior Backend Data&Reporting Engineer</h3><p>AllUp Platform – One Tech Capital</p><p>We’re hiring a Senior Data&Reporting Engineer to take full ownership of reporting, dashboards, and database query optimization for the AllUp SaaS platform (Retail / Fitness / F&B).</p><p>This role is database-heavy and reporting-focused — not a general backend engineering role.</p><p>We are looking for someone who lives and breathes SQL, understands complex schemas, and can build reliable, production-grade dashboards and reports used by business stakeholders daily.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><ul><li>Own all reporting logic and query layers</li><li>Build and optimize complex PostgreSQL queries</li><li>Develop and maintain AllUp dashboards</li><li>Ensure reporting accuracy and performance at scale</li><li>Gradually take ownership of legacy reporting logic and refactor it properly</li></ul><h3>Must-Have (Non-Negotiable)</h3><ul><li>Expert-level PostgreSQL</li><li>Advanced SQL query writing (joins, aggregations, window functions, CTEs)</li><li>Experience optimizing slow queries and improving performance</li><li>Strong understanding of relational database design</li><li>Experience building dashboards</li><li>Ability to understand and refactor legacy database logic</li><li>Strong debugging and analytical skills</li><li>TypeScript + Node.js</li><li>PostgreSQL</li><li>Prisma</li><li>GraphQL</li><li>Strong backend fundamentals (performance, scalability, clean architecture)</li></ul><h3>Core Responsibilities</h3><h3>Reporting&Dashboards</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain AllUp reporting dashboards</li><li>Translate business requirements into accurate SQL queries</li><li>Design reusable query views and reporting models</li><li>Ensure financial and membership reports are 100% accurate</li></ul><h3>Query Optimization</h3><ul><li>Analyze slow queries</li><li>Improve indexes and execution plans</li><li>Optimize heavy aggregation queries</li><li>Handle large datasets efficiently</li></ul><h3>Database Ownership</h3><ul><li>Understand and document legacy reporting queries</li><li>Clean up redundant or duplicated reporting logic</li><li>Maintain reporting consistency across modules</li><li>Ensure correct joins across memberships, payments, gyms, users, etc.</li></ul><h3>Experience Required</h3><ul><li>4+ years working heavily with SQL/PostgreSQL</li><li>Real production reporting experience</li><li>Experience with financial or transactional systems preferred</li><li>Experience in SaaS products is a plus</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><p>Remote – Full-Time Only</p><p>Egypt, India, Pakistan</p><h3>Important</h3><ul><li>Immediate joiners preferred</li><li>No part-time</li><li>No freelancers</li><li>No multiple jobs</li><li>No hiring agencies (direct applicants only)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
