Senior Business Analyst Opportunity in Manufacturing Industry.Location: Dubai, UAEHow to Apply: Click "Apply for Position"Responsibilities:Provide strategic business analysis services to business partners, working closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of customer's business processes, services, roadmap, and the context in which the business operates.Review assigned business processes from end-to-end to identify and address financial and technological risks, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.Lead small to mid-size projects and assist with larger projects, managing project scope, schedules, resources, and customer and supplier relationships.Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes, ensuring data is reliable and valid, and developing process improvements or re-engineering.Provide leadership to team members and peers, collaborating with others, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others, and managing resources.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a closely related field, with coursework in business analysis and technical writing.At least two years of journey level professional information technology experience comparable to Business Systems Analyst II with State Bar.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with broad experience with PeopleSoft or ERP cloud systems, implementations, and migrating to cloud products.Experience with Oracle Cloud or Workday ERP is a plus.Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other related software.Ready to take your career to new heights?
