<div><h3>Must have Skills :</h3><p>Hospitality Domain</p><h3>Good To Have Skills :</h3><ul><li>Spanish / Arabic language</li></ul><h3>Job Description :</h3><p>Role:</p><p>Principal Consultant for Ayla for Enterprise Architecture Consultancy engagement</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Perform as Senior Business Analyst in the Enterprise Architecture engagements with international clients.</li><li>Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for hospitality projects involving PMS, POS, CRM, OTA integrations, loyalty systems and mobile/web guest experience platforms.</li><li>Gather and document detailed business functional and non‑functional requirements from stakeholders including operations, marketing, sales and IT teams.</li><li>Conduct gap analysis, process mapping (AsIs&ToBe) and root‑cause analysis to identify opportunities for operational improvements. Collaborate with product managers, solution architects and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into system designs and product features.</li><li>Support system implementation, data migration and user acceptance testing (UAT) across multiple hospitality systems. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service delivery and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews.</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.</li><li>Act as a subject‑matter expert (SME) for hospitality platforms, industry best practices and compliance standards. Prepare business cases, cost‑benefit analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.</li><li>Produce high quality artifacts and consulting deliverables for CXO level stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Key Skills&Competencies:</h3><ul><li>Strong domain expertise in hospitality industry operations</li><li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Remote Work :</h3><p>Yes</p><h3>Employment Type :</h3><p>Fulltime</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
