Senior Business Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years of proven experience in the financial sector and services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background (BSc in Computer Engineering or Computer Science) and extensive experience bridging business needs with technology solutions within banking, fintech, or financial services environments.Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholdersAnalyze complex financial business requirements and processes and identify optimization opportunitiesPrepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flowsPerform AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and gap assessmentsCollaborate closely with IT, development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful solution deliverySupport regulatory and compliance-related initiatives within financial servicesConduct impact analysis for system enhancements and new implementationsParticipate in UAT planning, execution, and sign-offEnsure alignment between business objectives and technical solutionsProvide data analysis and reporting insights to support decision-makingAct as a subject matter expert (SME) in financial systems and servicesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field8+ years of experience as a Business AnalystProven experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or related financial domainStrong understanding of financial products (loans, payments, cards, treasury, risk, etc.)Experience working with core banking systems or financial platformsStrong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologiesExcellent documentation and stakeholder management skillsExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio/LucidchartAdvanced proficiency in Excel and data analysisTechnical Skills (Preferred)SQL knowledge for data analysis and validationExperience with APIs and system integrationsUnderstanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, IFRS, Basel, etc.)Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)Familiarity with digital banking or payment systemsCore Banking ExperienceCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsLeadership and mentoring abilitiesHigh attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
