DescriptionApt Resources is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Carpenter to join our team at a prestigious Royal Palace in Abu this role you will be responsible for executing intricate carpentry work that meets the high standards required in royal settings. You will take the lead on various projects ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage carpentry projects ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsRead and interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to execute complex carpentry tasksDesign construct and install wooden structures and custom furniture in line with the palaces aesthetic requirementsOversee and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices providing guidance and trainingConduct regular inspections and maintenance of carpentry work to ensure durability and functionalityCollaborate with architects designers and other tradespeople to achieve project goalsMaintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all timesRequirementsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Carpenter with a focus on highend residential or institutional projectsMust be in UAEHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in carpentry is preferredExtensive knowledge of carpentry techniques tools and materialsProven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong leadership skills and experience in project managementExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing highquality workStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team with flexibility to adapt to changing prioritiesBenefitsSalary: AED 2500 plus sharing accommodation food and other benefits as perUAELaborLaw.Required Experience:Senior IC#J-18808-Ljbffr
