The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inCharging Point Management Systems (CPMS),OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol)integration, and the ability to connect and synchronize hardware with software platforms. This role also requires hands-on experience inEV charging station maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization, along with proven leadership capabilities.RequirementsQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5 years’ experiencein the EV charging industry, preferably in a CPO environment.Strong knowledge of EV charger hardware, firmware, and network communication protocols.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining EV chargers (AC & DC).Leadership experience with the ability to manage and guide technical teams.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Skills:Experience with multiple EV charger brands and multi-vendor OCPP systems.Knowledge of backend software development concepts and APIs.Familiarity with renewable energy integration and battery storage systems.#J-18808-Ljbffr
