Senior Civil Construction Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, project management, and site supervision, ensuring successful project execution in compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scopeOversee site activities including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and progress monitoringEnsure compliance with UAE construction codes, regulations, and safety standardsCollaborate with design teams, architects, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve technical challengesConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specificationsPrepare, review, and manage project documentation including reports, contracts, and permitsImplement risk management strategies and proactively resolve construction-related issuesOptimize construction methods and material usage to improve efficiency and cost-effectivenessLead, mentor, and train junior engineers and site personnelMaintain effective communication with clients, government authorities, suppliers, and internal teamsRequirements12–15 years of relevant experience in the UAE (mandatory)Proven experience in:Civil constructionInfrastructure developmentHigh-rise building projectsGovernment projectsStrong background in Quality Management, Health & Safety (QHSE)Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred)ESTIDAMA certification – Advantage (not mandatory)#J-18808-Ljbffr
