Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Senior Civil Engineer - Site, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing large-scale construction projects, ensuring their successful completion while adhering to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications, budgets, and schedulesDevelop and review detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for construction projectsConduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project requirements and local regulationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other stakeholdersManage and mentor junior engineers and technical staffPrepare and present technical reports, project updates, and recommendations to senior management and clientsImplement and maintain safety protocols on construction sitesIdentify and resolve complex engineering challenges throughout the project lifecycleStay updated on industry trends, innovative technologies, and sustainable construction practicesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site supervisionProven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projectsAdvanced knowledge of civil engineering principles and practicesProficiency in AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering softwareStrong project management and leadership skillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalIn-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAEFamiliarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certificationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentWillingness to work on-site and travel as required#J-18808-Ljbffr
