Over time, there is potential to grow and lead a Riyadh-based team.</p><h3>Job Details</h3><ul><li>Department: Macro Consulting</li><li>Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia</li></ul><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Client Engagement</h3><ul><li>Lead on-site project management and client engagement at client premises, typically for more than one project at a time</li><li>Extensive client-facing contact across diverse economic and government advisory consulting projects</li><li>Serve as primary point of contact for government clients in KSA and across the GCC region</li></ul><h3>Project Delivery</h3><ul><li>Represent the technical project team in client project meetings and present aspects of technical work to senior stakeholders</li><li>Provide direct non-technical input to project production and final deliverables, with opportunities to expand technical and economic knowledge and skills over time</li><li>Ensure project deliverables are suitable – in terms of content, format and technical detail – for the GCC government client audience – including to a non-technical senior audience and more technical less senior audience as appropriate</li></ul><h3>Account Management&Business Development</h3><ul><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction</li><li>Manage key accounts and identify opportunities for expanded engagement</li><li>Take initiative in business development activities, working collaboratively with the business development sales team</li><li>Participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the region</li></ul><h3>Proposal Management&Sales Support</h3><ul><li>Lead proposal management, production, and coordination, with support and technical input from the senior team and technical team members</li><li>Deliver compelling client pitches and presentations, with support from the senior team and technical team members</li><li>Contribute to the development of winning proposals that align with client needs and organizational capabilities (OE capabilities and for consortia bids, also capabilities of other partners and experts)</li></ul><h3>Travel&Regional Presence</h3><ul><li>Travel within the GCC region as required (most clients are KSA-based)</li><li>Maintain flexibility to support client needs across different locations</li></ul><h3>Essential</h3><h3>Language&Communication</h3><ul><li>Arabic language proficiency (written and verbal) - essential</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences</li><li>Ability to produce suitable project deliverables – in terms of content, format and technical detail – for the GCC government client audience – including to a non-technical senior audience and more technical less senior audience as appropriate</li></ul><h3>Professional Experience</h3><ul><li>Proven project management experience, including collaboration with client project management offices (PMOs)</li><li>Ability to manage more than one project at a time</li><li>Demonstrated client engagement capabilities, including with senior client counterparts</li><li>Previous Middle East public sector consulting experience covering project management, production, client engagement, proposal management, and business development</li><li>Specific experience in KSA is highly valued</li></ul><h3>Technical&Operational Skills</h3><ul><li>Ability to work effectively in teams and across different offices</li><li>Strong capability to deliver high-quality work to tight client deadlines</li><li>Excellent entrepreneurial mindset and initiative-taking approach</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Task-orientated</li></ul><h3>Desired</h3><ul><li>Line management experience</li><li>Academic background or professional experience in economics</li><li>Experience using project management software</li><li>Understanding of GCC economic and policy landscapes, especially KSA</li></ul><h3>Career Development</h3><ul><li>Accelerated career progression based on performance and achievement of KPIs</li><li>Opportunity to work across OE consulting teams</li><li>Potential to build and lead a Riyadh-based consulting team</li><li>Expanding scope of responsibilities after successful completion of initial onboarding period</li><li>Exposure to high-profile government advisory projects across the GCC region</li><li>Development of technical economic knowledge and consulting expertise</li></ul><h3>Competencies</h3><ul><li>Client Focus: Dedicat
