This diverse talent pool allows us to deliver Audit, Tax, and Advisory services locally, informed by the latest insights and best practices from around the globe.Role OverviewThe candidate will manage and engage in deal advisory projects through the entire project cycle (from client introduction to delivery and managing a team of juniors) with key focus on projects related to feasibility transactions, financial modelling, project financing, business plan forecasting. The candidate will also contribute to the planning and delivery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocation. The candidate may manage small engagements depending on experience and business area. Builds and maintain strong relationships with middle‑to‑senior staff internally and externally.Primary Job Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesProject leadership & Client DeliveryAbility to support in leading specific workstreams as per Manager/Director’s direction in a mid to large strategy related engagement from inception to completion, ensuring high‑quality deliverables within budgets and timelines, with minimal supervision.Ability to lead small/mid‑size feasibility studies from inception to completion, ensuring high‑quality deliverables within budgets and timelines, with minimal supervision.Possess high analytical skills, ability to analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and conduct competitor landscape analysis, come up with strategic initiatives and recommendations. Should have exposure in working on several strategic tools, frameworks etc.Adept at managing client stakeholders from the government sector; also open to work on government timings if working on government engagements.Self‑driven, strong perseverance, goal‑oriented mindset, and ability to go extra mile to manage deadlines.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address complex business challenges and design solutions.Ability to contribute to and conduct portions of stakeholder workshops, presentations, and executive briefings.Willing to travel for work – to meet client, conduct studies and deliver work.Compulsorily follow all the risk management processes as prescribed by KPMG; demonstrate accuracy and compliance with the risk management process.Business Development & Client RelationshipWork closely with Director and Manager and take active role in supporting business development / crafting proposals and win engagements.Support the management team in identify new business opportunities and nurture relationships.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as KPMG’s trusted advisor.Contribute to developing thought leadership, including articles, white papers, and sector‑focused insights.Team ManagementDemonstrated ability to lead small engagements/proposals and manage work streams on mid to long term projects.Mentor and coach junior team members (e.g., new consultants, interns), fostering their professional development.Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence within the team.Qualification and ExperienceStrong BIG4 /strategy firm experience for 4+ years (relevant years) focusing on strategy formulation, business plan studies and feasibility studies.Experience in one or more of sectors such as manufacturing, industrial sector, construction, oil/gas, financial services etc.; comfortable working across multiple industries and managing diverse projects.Strong ability in financial modeling and good exposure to digital, IT and innovation.Strong ability for secondary and primary research / interview and data analysis.Excellent professional fluency and communication skills in both - English and Arabic (written and spoken).Ability to work under time and budget pressure and remain calm and always composed. Be respectful at work – with colleagues and seniors.Excellent academic credentials – e.g., MBA/CFA/ Master Finance / related discipline is needed.Clarity and working exposure to project management concept and (PMI and/or Prince 2 certification is preferred but not mandatory) multi‑tasking, and compliance with engagement related processes.Strong business development to identify and secure new business opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
