The role includes analyzing product and operational performance, identifying gaps and opportunities, building KPI dashboards in Tableau, conducting funnel analysis, supporting unit economics and pricing decisions, and automating reporting while improving data quality and reliability.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze product, customer, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and performance gapsDevelop and maintain interactive dashboards inTableauto monitor KPIsConduct deep-dive analysis of user funnels and user flowsPerform unit economics analysis (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback period) to support pricing strategy and profitability optimizationSupport launch of new products and features with pre- and post-launch performance analysisAutomate recurring reports and improve data reliability and accessibilityRequirementsOver 4 years of experience as a Data AnalystProficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysisExperience with data visualization in TableauKnowledge of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, for data storage and processingStrong Python skills for data manipulation and analysisUnderstanding of data modeling concepts and techniquesAbility to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning and transformationWe offerLong-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation periodWe are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countriesPayment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFTFull-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezoneVacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offsPerformance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raisePotential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, QatarEnjoy generous vacation time, paid sick leave, and bonus days for years of service.Language classesMaster communication.
