Design Manager – Luxury Hospitality Fit-OutAED 40,000 – 45,000 per month (all-in)A leading interior fit-out contractor is seeking a Design Manager to support the delivery of high-end hospitality and luxury residential projects across the UAE.This role will involve overseeing design coordination across complex interior projects, ensuring drawings are technically accurate and aligned with manufacturing and project delivery requirements.The position will be based in Sharjah, supporting projects across the UAE, including a major luxury hospitality development currently under construction in Ras Al Khaimah.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate the design process across interior fit‑out projectsReview technical drawings and ensure design intent is deliverableWork closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractorsCoordinate with internal manufacturing and joinery teamsEnsure design outputs align with project programmes and construction requirementsManage design coordination for luxury hospitality and high‑end interior environmentsRequirementsProven experience as a Design Manager within interior fit‑out or constructionStrong experience delivering luxury hospitality or high‑end residential projectsExcellent understanding of technical drawings and interior detailingAbility to coordinate between design, manufacturing and delivery teamsUAE experience beneficial but not essential#J-18808-Ljbffr
