We are looking for a creative, innovative Design-based talent to join our team with focus on brand identities and guidelines. The responsibilities of the Senior Designer - Design include interpreting client briefs and turning them into creative solutions, delivering high-quality brand design output, working with the design teams, and troubleshooting design problems.To be a successful Senior Designer, you should be able to adhere to tight deadlines and manage budget constraints to deliver a great product and experience. Ultimately, a top-notch design person should have strong communication and analytical skills.ResponsibilitiesTechnical & ProductWork closely with the insights and strategy team to develop breakthrough, creative ideas and articulate the ideas in the creative briefCoordinate with multi-skilled teams of designers, strategists, researchers, and production specialists including initial briefings, day-to-day direction, storyboarding, creative review meetingsLead creative presentations and orchestrate other team members to present the workMonitor and circulate the latest design-related trends informationCapture and document project case studiesContribute proactively to business development efforts, existing client opportunities, proposal writing and presentationsStrategic thinker and understanding of branding processes and brand identity designHigh ability to lead and execute branding processes from conceptualization to execution to final guidelines implementationBusiness Acumen & Operational EfficiencyNaturally well organized and unfazed when working towards deadlinesHave a sense of teamwork, and want to be part of a group of colleagues who take care of themselves, value themselves, and respect each other.Ease to express creative ideas clearly and concisely.Understand communication as an integrated “whole” and not as something on / off.Adobe CC domain and web design and Adobe Premiere knowledge for the assembly of audiovisual models.Any level of Motion graphic skills.Demonstrable experience creating and designing offline and online campaigns.High level of involvement, commitment, and responsibility.Knowledge of interactive exteriors, websites, e-mailings, landings, campaigns on RRSS Instagram, Facebook, etc.Knowledge in web design, UI and Interactive Design, and PowerPoint and Email TemplatesInnovative & Analytical MindsetIdeate, craft, and execute original and iconic design concepts in response to client briefs, objectives, or goalsIs responsible for the proper placement, context, and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignmentDevelop creative ideas that meet both our client's objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company’s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalismPresent, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director/s, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management TeamManage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendorsCollaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning, and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic workPeople & LeadershipSeeks others' feedback to develop self-awareness, strengths and address development areaIs able to proactively raise issues to improve effective team working and collaborationIs able to communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate mannerCollaborates with stakeholders and embraces an inclusive based environmentIs able to make valuable contributions to discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing insight and point of viewAble to build relationships quickly with others and engages personally with peers and clientsTreats others with respect, listens to other perspectives, especially when they are different from ownAble to tackle problems in a timely manner and develop contingency plans that focus on problem resolutionDrives a culture of trust with Peers, clients and all other stakeholders.SelfIs able to take ownership for actions and deals with consequences in a mat
