Senior Director Commercial - Residential (DEL 191)

Position OverviewYour primary responsibility will be to oversee all commercial aspects from initial planning through to execution, ensuring that residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including project management, finance, and legal teams, to enable successful project outcomes while maximizing financial returns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the commercial strategy for residential developments, aligning with Qiddiya's corporate objectivesManage the commercial teams to ensure effective procurement, contract management, and cost control for all residential projectsLead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to secure favorable terms and mitigate risksOversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for residential projects to ensure they meet financial and timeline targetsEnsure compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements associated with residential developmentsIdentify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement necessary mitigation strategiesFoster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, local communities, and regulatory agenciesProvide leadership, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for the commercial teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Business Administration, or a related field.
