Own and maintain the Master Document Register/List (MDR).Ensure proper revision control, timely document issuance, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.Develop, implement, and communicate document control procedures and requirements across the project team and subcontractors.Maintain full ownership of the MDR, ensuring accurate tracking, updates, and storage.Manage document workflows: receipt, review, approval, distribution, and archival.Ensure strict revision control and version management.Monitor compliance with document control standards and project requirements.Prepare document status reports.Perform general administrative and documentation tasks as assigned.Business level German (C1) and English fluency (RLWS) essential for customer communication and advanced German documentation.PreferredGerman C1 level is mandatory.High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.Excellent communication skills.
