The company is committed to delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective solutions that ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client facilities across healthcare, industrial, and commercial sectors.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Review RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.</li><li>Analyze scope of work, technical specifications, and contract conditions.</li><li>Identify Electrical system requirements.</li><li>Conducting site visits gather asset information and prepare assessing report</li><li>Prepare detailed bids, including labor, material, and equipment costs, for submission to clients or stakeholders</li><li>Highlight ambiguities, risks, and missing information.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of estimates, proposals, and project costs for future reference and audit purposes</li><li>Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits.</li><li>Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.</li><li>Estimate material, spare parts, tools, and equipment costs.</li><li>Assess subcontractor quotations and compare commercially and technically.</li><li>Develop detailed cost breakdown structures (CBS).</li><li>Support development of cash flow projections.</li><li>Identify commercial and technical risks.</li><li>Evaluate asset condition and lifecycle risk.</li><li>Ensure alignment between technical solutions and commercial pricing.</li><li>Maintain supplier and subcontractor database.</li></ul><h3>Education&Skills</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical estimation (FM preferred).</li><li>Experience in O&M or Integrated FM contracts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of lifecycle costing.</li><li>Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients, vendors, and project teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects at once</li></ul><h3>Working Conditions</h3><ul><li>Full-time position with site visits required.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
