Senior Executive - Data & Analytics (OHAS)

We are looking to hire an Senior Executive – Data & Analytics (OHAS) who will be responsible for managing safety data, documentation and reporting processes to support operational safety oversight for our client based in Dubai, one of the largest semi-government organizations in the Region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable. The role sits within the Safety Reporting, Investigation & Mitigation function and reports directly to the Senior Manager – Safety Intelligence.We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive - Data & Analytics with strong experience in safety data management, documentation control, reporting systems and data verification. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting safety investigations, maintaining safety dashboards and reports, and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance of safety records.Key responsibilitiesMaintain and update safety reports, dashboards, records, and documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Manage the controlled distribution and release of safety documentation to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and proper governance.Monitor safety data repositories and reporting systems to ensure timely availability of accurate safety information for operational decision-making.Verify and validate safety-related data in collaboration with subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accuracy of investigation inputs.Conduct data quality reviews, reconciliation checks, and documentation audits to identify discrepancies and prevent reporting errors.Conduct field surveys and inspections to validate reported safety information and collect supporting evidence where required.Support preliminary safety investigations by gathering documentation and validating incident data to assist in root cause analysis.Administer safety reporting systems, quality manuals, and documentation libraries to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Maintain configuration control of automated safety data tools to ensure reliable and standardized reporting outputs.Prepare structured safety reports and performance summaries to support management oversight and regulatory submissions.Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety/Data Analytics/Industrial Engineering/Quality Management, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant experience in safety data management, safety reporting, quality assurance, or documentation control.Experience working in safety-focused operational environments such as aviation, engineering, or large infrastructure organizations is preferred.Familiarity with safety reporting systems, risk and hazard management tools, and root cause analysis methodologies.Knowledge of ISO standards, documentation control practices, and quality management systems.NEBOSH IGC or similar HSE certification is advantageous.Understanding of UAE health and safety regulatory frameworks is beneficial.Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate, interpret, and manage large sets of safety data.Availability• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or within 30 days after accepting the offer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
