Senior Executive Director – Delivery & Business Development

The Senior Executive Director – Business Development provides enterprise-level strategic leadership to architect and execute the oragnisation at the forefront of institutional growth, sector expansion by providing executive leadership over the entire Delivery Directorate including Academies, Program/Curriculum Development & Management, and Special Projects. The role is accountable for protecting enterprise revenue through disciplined academic and program execution, ensuring portfolio reliability, governing curriculum lifecycle effectiveness, and driving strategic transformation initiatives across the division.This role ensures scalable, diversified, and margin-accretive delivery aligned with orgs long-term strategic objectives and institutional capability. This role involves cultivating strong institutional and government relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and developing comprehensive growth strategies to expand orgs reach across sectors and geographies. The incumbent positions Delivery as a revenue-critical, performance-driven enterprise function that safeguards quality, operational stability, client satisfaction, and long-term institutional sustainability.ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s degree in Education Management, Business Administration, Strategy, or related discipline is required.Executive education in leadership, governance, or enterprise performance management is highly preferred.Doctoral qualification is considered an advantageSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperienceMinimum 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in academic delivery, institutional operations, or large-scale service portfolio management.Proven experience managing multi-million revenue-linked delivery portfolios.Demonstrated success leading multi-division teams within complex institutional or government-linked environments.Extensive experience in UAE institutional and government markets within multi-cultural environments.Strategic & Operational ExpertiseEnterprise delivery governance, portfolio management, and PMO maturity frameworks.Financial discipline, cost-to-revenue optimization, and EBITDA awareness.Curriculum lifecycle governance including accreditation alignment and market responsiveness.Executive-level reporting, dashboard governance, and risk mitigation frameworks.Ability to lead senior leaders (Executive Director – Academies, Head – Curriculum, Head – Special Projects).Strong transformation of leadership and change management capability.Ability to align multi-functional teams toward unified enterprise objectives.#J-18808-Ljbffr
