Blacksand is a growing real estate developer and long-term asset owner with an expanding portfolio across Saudi Arabia.We are seeking a Senior Facility Manager to oversee the technical governance of our operational assets and support the transition of new developments into stabilized, high-performing properties.This role represents the owner-side technical authority and plays a critical part in protecting asset value across the full lifecycle — from development through operations.The RoleYou will lead the Facilities Management and Technical Governance function across our operational assets, ensuring disciplined oversight of outsourced FM services and structured handover of new projects.Key focus areas include:Governance of outsourced IFM contracts and SLA/KPI enforcementTechnical audits and performance monitoringPre-handover and commissioning validationSnag tracking and DLP managementLifecycle planning and CapEx forecastingRegulatory compliance (Civil Defense & statutory requirements)Energy performance and utilities monitoringOperational input during development and design stagesYou will work closely with Asset Operations, Leasing, Development, Procurement, and Finance to ensure operational, commercial, and technical alignment.What We Are Looking ForDegree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering15+ years’ experience in large-scale mixed-use, retail, hospitality, or complex real estate environmentsStrong experience overseeing outsourced IFM providersProven track record in commissioning, handover, and asset lifecycle planningStrong CapEx and OPEX management capabilityExperience in high-footfall assets preferredFluent in Arabic and EnglishProfessional certifications such as PMP, CFM, FMP, or CMRP are advantageous.Why Join Blacksand?Be part of a developer-owner platform with a growing pipelinePlay a key role in shaping operational standards from an early stageInfluence development decisions from an operational perspectiveBuild scalable FM governance within an expanding portfolioIf you are a technically strong, commercially aware FM leader looking to operate at an owner-side strategic level, we welcome your application.To apply, please complete the application form using the link below:#J-18808-Ljbffr
