Provide clinical support on the devices and equipment to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective high‑level service. Provide educational and training support to customers and prospective customers including on‑site clinical training for physicians and other medical personnel. Represent the Company as a professional and competent resource in support of client and Abbott objectives. Other involvements will be demonstration, set‑up, testing and service of Company products which include devices and equipment for diagnosis, monitoring, managing and treating arrhythmias.Sales SupportResponsible for the EP business in specific region. Continuous follow‑up on the specific region targets per account in terms of revenues and specific financial metrics with respect to the managed line of business. As well as keep tracking on inventory and additional logistical work. Aligning with company vision to translate strategies into actions. Do the proper work to launch new products, provide education and team certification. Supervise FTEs and follow ups on their assigned work. Provide support for sales and marketing personnel in the set up and demonstration of Company products including the development and presentation of sales proposals. Provide technical support to customers and prospective customers by responding to inquiries and providing effective and timely resources and/or personal competences. Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with physicians and EP Lab personnel.Accountability / Scope / BudgetInfluence/Leadership Cultivates a wide range of internal networks and begins to develop anexternal network of resources to facilitate completion of tasks. May demonstrate basic project management skills by acting as a project lead on well‑defined projects. Provides guidance to less experienced staff. Influence exerted at peer level and occasionally at first levels of management.Planning/Organization Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule.Decision Making/Impact Exercises authority and judgment within defined limits to determine appropriate action. Failure to achieve results or erroneous decisions or recommendations may cause delays and may result in the allocation of additional resources.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in medical sciences.LanguageEnglishArabicMinimum Experience Required3-5 of relevant experience.Working knowledge and application of business concepts, procedures and practices. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has a general knowledge of technical alternatives and an understanding of their impact on the systems environment.
