With unparalleled experience, gained from working on hundreds of projects, our multi-disciplinary team of Architects, Planners, Engineers, Scientists, Modelers and Project Managers work alongside our clients to deliver effective solutions that stand the test of time.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality fire protection inspection and compliance services to AESG’s clients, ensuring that fire and life safety systems are installed, tested, and maintained in full compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.Support the successful execution of projects through site inspections, reporting, and coordination with clients, contractors, and authorities.Conduct site inspections for fire protection and life safety systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.Witness testing and commissioning activities and verify system performance and documentation.Identify non-conformities, issue inspection reports, and follow up on corrective actions.Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients to resolve site-related fire protection issues.Attend inspections with Civil Defence and relevant authorities when required.Prepare clear inspection reports, snag lists, and compliance records.Ensure all activities are carried out in line with HSE requirements and company IMS procedures.Support junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.Assist with technical inputs for proposals and business development activities when required.Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification related to fire and life safety systems.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fire protection inspection, testing, commissioning, or site supervision.Relevant certifications such as NFPA, CFPS, IFE, Civil Defence approval, or equivalent are preferred.Strong knowledge of international fire codes and standards (NFPA, IBC, BS, UAE Fire Code, etc.).Why join AESG?AESG is a multidisciplinary specialist consultancy, offering a consultancy service and work environment like no other.Through our world-class reputation for innovative thinking, pushing projects to outperform expectations through smart application of planning, engineering, and architectural solutions, our project portfolio includes some of the world\'s most forward-thinking and exciting new developments.The success of our company is built on the success of individuals.
