This is a critical role responsible for elevating the employee experience, embedding a high-performance mindset, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the organizational culture, driving engagement, and accelerating business outcomes through people.This role is open to all qualified candidates; however, in line with Saudization initiatives, preference will be given to Saudi nationals.ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team, providing strategic counsel on all people matters including org design, culture, change management, and performance enablementCulture & Engagement: Champion a growth-oriented, bold, and inclusive culture. Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and belongingBusiness Partnership: Develop deep partnerships across functions. Understand business priorities and align HR strategies to drive performance, agility, and innovationTalent Development: Lead succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies. Identify high potential and design programs to fast-track developmentOrganizational Agility: Foster a culture of speed, decisiveness, and adaptability. Proactively manage changes and help teams thrive in ambiguity and transformationPeople Advocacy: Be a reliable and empathetic partner for employees. Serve as a culture carrier and ethical compass, ensuring fairness and psychological safetyDigital & Data Savvy: Leverage tools such as Power BI, HR analytics, and AI-driven platforms to make data-informed decisions and automate HR processesHR Operational Excellence: Oversee local labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.
