This is a critical role responsible for elevating the employee experience, embedding a high-performance mindset, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the organizational culture, driving engagement, and accelerating business outcomes through people.This role is open to all qualified candidates; however, in line with Saudization initiatives, preference will be given to Saudi nationals.ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager and leadership team, providing strategic counsel on all people matters including org design, culture, change management, and performance enablementCulture & Engagement: Champion a growth-oriented, bold, and inclusive culture. Design and execute initiatives that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and belongingBusiness Partnership: Develop deep partnerships across functions. Understand business priorities and align HR strategies to drive performance, agility, and innovationTalent Development: Lead succession planning, leadership development, and talent pipeline strategies. Identify high potential and design programs to fast-track developmentOrganizational Agility: Foster a culture of speed, decisiveness, and adaptability. Proactively manage changes and help teams thrive in ambiguity and transformationPeople Advocacy: Be a reliable and empathetic partner for employees. Serve as a culture carrier and ethical compass, ensuring fairness and psychological safetyDigital & Data Savvy: Leverage tools such as Power BI, HR analytics, and AI-driven platforms to make data-informed decisions and automate HR processesHR Operational Excellence: Oversee local labor law compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. Continuously improve HR processes and service deliveryRequired Knowledge and ExperienceExperience7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in MedTech or Pharma, or similar fast-paced, performance-driven industriesStrong background in business partnering, culture transformation, and organizational development.Mindset & CapabilitiesBold, decisive, and solution-orientedHighly agile, adaptable, and thrive in dynamic environmentsStrong leadership presence with a bias for action and innovationCollaborative, empathetic, and able to influence at all levelsDigital ProficiencyFluent in Power BI, digital dashboards, and HRIS platformsComfortable leveraging AI tools and technologies for efficiency and insightLanguagesFluent in EnglishEducationBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s preferred)Preferred BackgroundMedtech, Pharma or FMCG experienceProven track record in leading HR transformation and culture shiftsExposure to regional or multi-country operations is a plus.Physical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package.
