About AHS PropertiesAHS Properties is a luxury real estate development and investment company known for delivering iconic, ultra‑high‑end residential and hospitality projects across the region.With a rapidly growing portfolio and team, we are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator to support our expanding operations and ensure an exceptional employee experience.Role OverviewThe Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in driving HR operations and executing recruitment for senior, technical, and corporate roles across the organization.This position requires a detail‑oriented, resourceful, and people‑focused professional who can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.You will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration to employee engagement and policy coordination—ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and AHS Group standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle for various departments (corporate, development, project management, design, operations).Source high‑caliber candidates through Workable, social platforms, agencies, and networks.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling for hiring managers.Support offer preparation, reference checks, and pre‑onboarding compliance.Maintain structured candidate pipelines and keep Workable ATS fully updated.HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and digital HR files.Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and internal documentation.Coordinate visa processing, onboarding documentation, and orientation schedules.Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.Assist with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.Employee Relations & Engagement: Support initiatives related to performance management, engagement, and HR programs.Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries.Help organize internal events, training, and development activities.Reporting & Compliance: Prepare recruitment dashboards, HR reports, and analytics as required.Ensure timely document renewals (visas, contracts, licenses).Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive HR data at all times.What We OfferCompetitive salary package.Dynamic, collaborative, and high‑performance work environment.Opportunity to grow within one of the region’s most exciting luxury development companies.Exposure to unique, world‑class real estate projects.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in HR and recruitment, ideally within real estate, construction, luxury development, or high‑growth companies.Strong understanding of UAE Labor Law and visa processes.Hands‑on experience with Workable or similar ATS systems.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting leadership‑level recruitment.Knowledge of HR reporting and analytics.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
