This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong experience in ICT, ELV, and ITS systems across design review, installation oversight, integration, and testing & commissioning within a PMC/consultancy environment. You will act as a technical authority across multiple packages, ensuring systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and authority standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide technical leadership for ICT / ELV / ITS scope across the program (governance, compliance, and quality).Review and endorse design deliverables including drawings, specifications, BoQs, calculations, method statements, and ITPs.Monitor contractor progress, inspect installations, and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.Lead technical assessments, track design changes, and ensure approvals and documentation are maintained.Coordinate with MEP, civil, electrical, architectural, and ITS teams to ensure seamless systems integration.Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.Review material submittals, shop drawings, compliance reports, and FAT documentation.Support testing, commissioning, system integration, and handover readiness.Report risks, compliance gaps, and technical issues to the MEP / Systems Lead and support corrective actions.Mentor engineers and maintain consistent technical quality across packages.Familiarity with PMC frameworks, risk management, and stakeholder coordination processes.Systems Typically CoveredStructured cabling, data, and telephony networksCCTV, access control, intercom, and security systemsFire alarm, PA/VA systemsSMATV, IPTV, and AV systemsBMS, PLC, and integration platformsIntelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), including:Traffic signal control systemsAutomatic incident detection (AID) and traffic CCTVVariable Message Signs (VMS)Traffic data collection and counting systemsRoad Weather Information Systems (RWIS)Fiber optic communication networks (OFC)Central management and integration platformsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil / Agricultural / Irrigation Engineering or related discipline.Minimum 15 years of experience in irrigation design and delivery within major infrastructure or landscape projects.Strong knowledge of irrigation networks, hydraulic design, pump systems, and water efficiency practices.Proven experience in design review, construction supervision, and testing & commissioning.Experience working within PMC / consultancy / client-side delivery teams.Familiarity with Saudi standards, municipality requirements, and sustainable irrigation practices.Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.English required (Arabic is an advantage).PreferredExperience on RCRC or similar smart infrastructure programs.We OfferOpportunity to collaborate with a forward-thinking, synergistic, and innovative team.Exposure to cutting-edge projects driving Middle East / North African regions development.Personalized professional growth and developmental avenues tailored to your career aspirations.If you would you like to join our highly motivated and very successful team please send us your complete application!Sector: Construction/Civil EngineeringRole: EngineeringWill manage other people: YesJob type: Permanent jobCareer level: Employee#J-18808-Ljbffr
