Senior Legal Counsel - (Crypto Licensing UAE & Europe Focus)Minimum Experience: 3 years (internships full-time roles)Work Mode: Remote or Onsite (Dubai)As our Senior Legal Counsel you will lead crypto licensing applications across the UAE (VARA ADGM DIFC) and Europe (BaFin CSSF AMF etc.). You will guide the business through complex regulatory requirements and collaborate directly with consultants and regulators.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end virtual asset licensing processes in the UAE & EUProvide legal advice on MiCA AML/CFT and other regulatory frameworksDraft legal documents internal policies and compliance strategiesLiaise with regulators consultants and internal stakeholdersRequirementsMinimum 3 years of legal experience (can include internships)Strong exposure to UAE crypto regulation and European frameworks (e.g. MiCA BaFin)Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skillsLaw degree (LLB or equivalent); UAE/EU bar admission is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
