Senior Legal Specialist

OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Legal with of experience and a law degree to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of contract law and strong skills in reviewing and drafting agreements including B2B agreements and commercial. As part of the team, you’ll work closely with senior members, offering critical support in managing legal documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Review and Analysis: Examine, interpret, and analyze a range of contracts and agreements to ensure alignment with company policies and legal standards.Drafting and Amendments: Assist in drafting, revising, and negotiating various legal documents, including but not limited to NDAs, service agreements, and vendor contracts.Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks within agreements and contracts, recommending necessary amendments to protect company interests.Compliance Support: Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, updating internal databases and records as necessary.Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, providing legal insight and support on contract-related matters.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Law & Master’s degree in Law.Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience in contract review and legal documentation.Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
