Job Description

Salary: Up to AED 48,000 per month + benefitsOur client, a globally recognised premium consumer brand headquartered in the UAE, is looking to appoint a Senior Manager – Brand Strategy to play a key role in shaping and evolving its global brand positioning.This role sits between brand strategy, creative execution, and commercial impact, requiring someone who can operate both strategically and hands‑on alongside a high‑performing team.We're looking for someone who can be responsible for leading brand strategy initiatives, managing internal brand teams, and working closely with agency partners to deliver world‑class brand experiences across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningLead the development and evolution of the company’s global brand strategy and positioning.Define brand frameworks, messaging platforms, and creative direction across campaigns and initiatives.Ensure brand consistency and impact across all touchpoints and markets.Leadership & Team ManagementManage and develop a team of brand managers and brand specialists.Work closely with internal creative and social teams to bring brand strategies to life.Foster a collaborative, high‑performance environment that balances strategy with execution.Campaign & Creative DeliveryPartner with creative teams and external agencies to develop integrated brand campaigns.Oversee the delivery of brand initiatives from concept through to execution.Ensure all campaigns align with the broader brand strategy and commercial objectives.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, product, commercial and digital teams to align brand initiatives with business priorities.Act as a key stakeholder in cross‑functional initiatives impacting brand perception and customer experience.Agency ManagementManage relationships with global creative and brand agencies.Ensure agencies deliver strategic thinking and creative outputs aligned with brand goals.Candidate ProfileThe successful candidate will be a brand strategist with strong commercial awareness, capable of shaping brand direction while remaining closely connected to execution.We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked within global consumer brands or leading brand agencies, where brand strategy sits at the core of the business.ExperienceProven experience in brand strategy, brand management, or brand leadership roles.Background within premium consumer brands, retail, luxury, automotive, or global consumer products.Alternatively, senior brand strategists from leading global creative or brand agencies will also be considered.Experience managing brand teams and agency partners.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement brand platforms and campaigns.Skills & AttributesStrong strategic thinking combined with a hands‑on delivery mindset.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across complex organisations.Excellent communication and storytelling skills.Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering within fast‑paced environments.Why This RoleThis is a rare opportunity to join one of the region’s most recognised consumer brands and play a key role in shaping its global brand narrative.The position offers exposure to senior leadership, ownership of high‑profile brand initiatives, and the chance to work at the heart of a dynamic international organisation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
