We are seeking a forward‑thinking and strategic Senior Manager for the Enterprise Skills Academy & Learning Partner position, who will play a critical role in establishing a learning culture that drives organizational innovation and skill development. The ideal candidate will craft and implement innovative learning solutions that address the skills gap within the enterprise, building capabilities that align with our vision and operational needs. The Senior Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify strategic skills requirements and formulate actionable learning pathways that foster continuous professional growth. You will champion best practices in adult learning, curate engaging learning experiences, and maximize the potential of the Enterprise Skills Academy to deliver impactful training programs focused on developing future‑ready talent. Through your leadership, you will enable our employees to thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to the ambitious goals of Qiddiya as we pioneer the future of entertainment in the region.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Learning Partnership & AdvisoryAct as the main learning partner to QTech, understanding priorities, delivery pressures, and capability gapsAdvise and deliver solutions on how technology, digital, data, AI, and the professional skills that support strong tech teams can improve delivery and performanceAct as a single point of coherence across multiple QTech learning initiatives, reducing duplication and improving visibility and prioritizationLead the development of digital skills across the wider organization, helping teams work effectively in a more technology‑enabled environmentPartner with other business units and corporate functions where there is a clear need to build capability that improves business outcomes.Skills & Role‑Based Pathway Developmentdentify priority roles, teams, and workflows where capability uplift (including AI) will materially improve performanceTranslate business priorities into targeted, contextualised learning pathways — avoiding one‑size‑fits‑all modelsEnterprise Skills Academy ActivationEnsure the Enterprise Skills Academy supports both deep specialist capability and the professional and delivery capabilities required for technology teams and digitally enabled functions to perform effectivelyPut in place a clear learning structure, using the AI‑native LXP to as well as other delivery mechanisms such as face to face to bring together programs, pathways, partners, and performance supportCoordinate internal and external delivery partners, ensuring solutions are contextualised for Qiddiya environments and integrated into the LXP/LMS ecosystemPartner with Data, AI, and Digital teams to embed responsible AI practices, safe use standards, and contextual AI coaching into the learning approachGovernance, Measurement and Continuous ImprovementWork with Data, AI, and IT governance functions to ensure learning aligns with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirementsDefine and track success measures focused on behaviour change, improved delivery outcomes, and confidence in role — not attendance or completionContinuously refine learning pathways, academy offering, and engagement models based on performance insights and business feedbackRequirementsBachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredA minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong focus on enterprise skills trainingDemonstrated success in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programsDeep understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and assessment methodologiesExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficient in learning management systems and modern learning technologiesAbility to analyze data and measure the impact of learning initiatives on organizational performanceStrong project management skills with an emphasis on achieving results in a fast‑paced environmentBenefitsComprehensive benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
