We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities includeMarketing Strategy, Execution and Brand Guardian - Drive the execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives, enhance customer engagement and ensure consistent brand representation across all branches. Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing Services and cross-functional teams including sales, product development and customer service to ensure alignment with the overall marketing vision and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email and traditional media. Oversee the graphic design unit to ensure all visual materials adhere to brand guidelines and standards and maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Provide guidance and support the team in maintaining consistency across channels and collaborate on creative assets that enhance campaign impact and audience engagementProject Management and Budgeting - Supervise key marketing projects and ensure completion through effective project management skills in line with the required standards and direct marketing budgets to ensure maximum return on the marketing dollar through effective negotiations. Manage the adherence of all Standard Operating Procedure’s (SOP’s) from briefing to sign offs, budgeting to media planning and ensuring that proper traffic management and timely implementation. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and track and report on marketing expenditures, providing regular updates to the Head of Marketing Services and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Campaign, Event & Sponsorship Management - Manage the engagement of key business stakeholders and understand their challenges and deliver marketing campaigns to meet their objectives with seamless execution. Monitor the development and manage the strategic marketing plans and associated marketing calendar for the new business. Lead end-to-end campaign management including planning, agency coordination, approvals, production, and media strategy ensuring alignment with objectives and budget. Oversee and manage all marketing related activities in assigned customer accounts, from planning, agency briefing, traffic management, review, managing internal approvals and production and develop media strategies and plans in co-ordination with the external media agency which are in-line with business objectives and budgets. Collaborate with the sponsorship team to activate partnerships in line with brand standards, maximizing exposure and engagement through coordinated efforts with partners and social media teamsDigital Marketing Management - Supervise the development and manage the digital marketing strategy to achieve business goals across all campaigns and initiatives. Manage and provide assistance on digital projects to ensure successfully rolled out as per agreed processes and within agreed timelines. Develop and manage the social media strategy, enhance the design, content and conversion of ADCB’s website and other digital tools to support the achievement of business goalsProduction Management - Ensure all required approvals are in place from key stakeholders before commencing production as required and ensure the production quality and timelines are met to meet business requirementsManagement Reporting - Deliver a weekly status update to the head of the department and chief marketing officer, share data and statistics on campaign effectiveness, cost savings, quarterly media report, marketing spend data, competition tracking in line with the required standardsVendor Management - Work with Bank approved external suppliers to deliver marketing activities as required ensuring maximum value for the marketing dollar spent by keeping an eye on costs as well as through effective negotiation. Manage relationships so that the performance of suppliers is of a standard that ADCB would expect and accept, ensuring creative integrity is maintained and quality control is managed in briefing / debriefing and brand adherence. Monitor and control the advertising and promotion funds allocated to product programs as requiredPeople Management - Manage self and team in line with ADC
