Join us.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptionally experienced and strategic-minded Senior Manager - Safety, Health & Environment to join our organization in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety, health, and environmental programs across all operational areas. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to creating a culture of safety excellence while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations and international standards. You will leverage your extensive industry expertise to drive organizational transformation and establish the company as a safety and environmental leader.Develop, implement, and maintain integrated safety, health, and environmental management systems and policies aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements, with strategic oversight of enterprise-wide programsConduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential workplace hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures across complex operational environmentsLead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence, establishing organizational learning mechanismsEnsure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws, occupational health and safety regulations, and environmental legislation, serving as the primary liaison with regulatory authoritiesOversee the development and delivery of comprehensive safety training programs for all organizational levels, including executive-level safety leadership developmentManage safety performance metrics, analyze trends, and prepare strategic reports for senior management and regulatory bodies, translating data into actionable insightsConduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement based on findingsCollaborate with operational teams and senior leadership to integrate safety practices into daily work processes, procedures, and organizational cultureMaintain and update safety documentation, records, and regulatory filings, ensuring organizational readiness for audits and inspectionsRepresent the organization in dealings with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders on safety and environmental matters, building strategic partnershipsLead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environmental performance, championing innovation and best practicesEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, health, and environmental objectives, driving accountability across the organizationMentor and develop safety professionals and operational leaders, building organizational capability and succession planningProvide strategic counsel to executive leadership on safety and environmental risks, opportunities, and organizational positioningQualificationsMinimum 15+ years of professional experience in safety, health, and environmental management, with at least 7 years in a senior management or leadership capacityComprehensive knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations, environmental management standards, and Saudi Arabian labor lawsProven expertise in developing, implementing, and managing integrated safety management systems and programs across large-scale operationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to assess complex safety and environmental issues at strategic levelsExtensive experience conducting risk assessments, hazard analyses, incident investigations, and root cause analysisExceptional leadership and team management capabilities with proven ability to influence, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams and senior stakeholdersAdvanced proficiency in data analysis, safety metrics interpretation, and performance indicator managementFluent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language skills are preferredAdvanced experience w
