The role requires strong hands‑on experience in performance analytics, KPI design, and executive reporting, with working knowledge of ServiceNow to support performance tracking, dashboards, and insights. You will work closely with senior leadership and transformation teams to turn data into actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Performance Analytics & KPI DesignLead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise performance analytics frameworks and KPI models aligned with strategic and operational objectives.Define, standardize, and monitor performance metrics across business units, transformation programs, and government initiatives.Ensure performance measurement approaches support Saudi Vision 2030 objectives and organizational priorities.Analytics, Reporting & InsightsDevelop and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports using enterprise analytics platforms, including ServiceNow where applicable.Analyze performance trends, identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights.Support data‑driven decision‑making by providing clear, timely, and meaningful performance insights to senior leadership.Governance, Data Quality & Performance ReviewsSupport leadership in performance governance forums, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all performance reporting and analytics outputs.Establish and support performance governance processes, standards, and reporting cadences.Stakeholder Engagement & CollaborationWork closely with senior leadership, business units, IT teams, and transformation offices to align analytics outputs with organizational goals.Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on performance measurement, analytics interpretation, and improvement actions.Communicate performance insights, findings, and recommendations clearly and professionally in Arabic and English.Capability Building & Performance CultureContribute to building a culture of performance excellence, accountability, and data‑driven decision‑making.Support teams in understanding KPIs, analytics tools, and performance management best practices.Promote continuous improvement through the effective use of analytics and performance insights.What You Need5+ years of experience in performance analytics, enterprise analytics, or performance management roles.Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience working with ServiceNow for reporting, dashboards, or performance analytics.Strong background in KPI development, scorecards, and performance measurement frameworks.Fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia; understanding of local organizational and cultural context.Experience with government entities or large enterprises is highly preferred.Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and executive communication skills.Why Choose UsOur global network of industry experts and mentors helps shape your growth and future.
