Job Description

Job PurposeThis position is responsible for account management of Rafed’s client under commercial division and reporting to Director – Account Management. The key responsibility of this position is to manage key clients of the organisation and maintain a strong relationship. The position holder is expected to achieve budgets and strategic targets provided for the client. Additionally, the role requires to be the lead point of contact for all client matters, anticipate client’s needs, coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of product and services to our customers.The goal of the position holder is to contribute in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long term success.Detailed ResponsibilitiesStrategy and ObjectivesFormulate, implement and benchmark development strategies for each client (sister companies, Govt. & commercial entities) to deliver budget / strategic business targetsCore ResponsibilitiesRevenue target achievementSingle point of contact with DOH from RafedContract and relation managementKPI reporting and performance managementStrategic partnerships and initiativesSpecial projectsUPP distributor representative at DOHPenalty managementOrganization, Resources and MonitoringProactively identify and seek professional development opportunities to improve capabilities and technical skillsPeople ManagementPromote the Organisational culture and valuesStakeholder ManagementLead, drive and support the relationship management with internal stakeholders & clients.Policies and ProceduresEnsure compliance of all policies and procedures of Rafed and Pure Health Group while delivering the roles and responsibilitiesReportingPrepare required reports as per the section’s reporting requirements internally within GPO and externally as applicable or any other reports as directed by Chief Commercial Officer / Director – Account ManagementJob QualificationsEducation, Skills and CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline. Masters would be a plusEnglish language is required, Arabic language (written & spoken) is preferred.Experience5-8 years of experience in healthcare industryKnowledge of Pharmaceutical or Medical Consumable preferredCritical experience requiredManagement experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long term relationshipOutstanding Organisational & leadership skillsManage multiple priorities and execute with a sense of urgencySteer & lead meetings based on a clear agenda and presentationDemonstrate experience in negotiation and meeting client requirementsAbility to multitask and manage more than one client accountRelevant experienceExperience in dealing with sensitive and confidential informationSystems experienceExperience in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is required with emphasis on MS ExcelExperience with ERP (Oracle / SAP) and its functionalities would be a plusIf you are interested, Apply now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
