They will work closely with senior client stakeholders, Digital Transformation leaders, and Publicis Sapient’s Technology, Regional, and Industry leadership.This is an exciting opportunity for a consultative engineering leader to make a tangible impact across Saudi Arabia’s Public Sector. The Sr. Manager will support government organizations in accelerating large-scale digital transformation, implementing modern cloud-native architectures, and responsibly leveraging emerging technologies—such as Generative and Agentic AI—to deliver citizen-centric services at national scale.ResponsibilitiesYour Impact:You are a high-performance engineer expected to work in a product squad and drive solutions for a large-scale client.Understands the client business domain and drives Digital Business Transformation (DBT) opportunity end-to-end.Strong expertise in Gen AI/ML space.Implemented successful solutions using cloud platforms like AWS or GCP or Azure.Drive architecture, design, estimation, planning, and collaborate with the client to implement and take solutions to production.Collaborate with Senior stakeholders, Product Managers, and Platform Engineers to define the architecture, engineering practices & guidelines.Coach, mentor, and guide product engineering culture and own people s growth.QualificationsYour Skills & Experience:12+ years of experience in building large-scale, high-volume, low latency, high availability, and complex distributed services.A hands-on solution architect who has delivered at least 5-7 large to medium scale projects from ground zero.Experience leading global or distributed engineering teams (10+ engineers)Software engineering experience with:Java and distributed systemsOne or more hyperscaler platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)Cloud-native application architectureMicroservices architectureAPI management and integration platformsHeadless digital architecturesEvent-driven systemsData and analytics platformsCI/CD and DevOps environmentsEnterprise integration technologies (iPaaS, ESB, ETL)AI & Data experience with:Agentic AI on hyperscaler platforms (e.g. Google Vertex AI, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI)Generative AI and Agentic AI architecturesModern data platforms, machine learning environments, and AI-enabled applicationsPreferred: Arabic speakers / nativesEducation: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Set Yourself Apart WithIndustry knowledge of key Travel & Hospitality (T&H) and Saudi government sectors.Openness to travel as part of the role.Additional informationAn inclusive workplace that promotes diversity and collaboration.Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Flexibility to support work-life balance.Comprehensive health benefits for you and your family.Generous paid leave and holidays.Wellness program and employee assistance.#J-18808-Ljbffr
