Senior Manager – Workflow & Power Automate

Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager – Workflow & Power Automate to lead the design, development, and optimization of automated business processes using Microsoft Power Platform. The role focuses on driving enterprise-wide operational efficiency by establishing scalable automation frameworks, integrating systems, and reducing manual processes across departments.This position will play a strategic leadership role in defining automation standards, governance, and best practices while ensuring secure, compliant, and high-performing workflow solutions across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and implementation of automated workflows using Microsoft Power AutomateAnalyze complex business processes and identify strategic automation opportunitiesOversee the development of approval workflows, notifications, document routing, and system integrationsLead integrations between Power Automate, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Outlook, Teams, and third-party systemsOversee the development of custom forms and applications using Power AppsGuide dashboard development and reporting strategy using Power BITroubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation flows to ensure scalability and performanceEstablish and maintain documentation standards for workflows and automation architectureEnsure data security, governance, and compliance standards are met across all automation initiativesDevelop and implement automation governance frameworks and best practicesTrain and mentor team members and conduct end-user training on workflow usage and best practicesCollaborate with senior stakeholders, IT leadership, and business units to align automation initiatives with organizational goalsTechnical SkillsStrong expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop flows)Extensive experience with Power Apps and Power BIDeep knowledge of SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystemStrong understanding of APIs and system integrationsWorking knowledge of SQL and data structuresExperience with Dynamics 365 integration (preferred)Familiarity with Azure services is an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
