Born from a UK-Middle East collaboration between two ambitious friends started with direct salon partnerships overcame pandemic challenges by launching a robust e-commerce platform and now serves customers across Saudi Arabia the broader MENA region and worldwide with exceptional quality color-matching expertise 24/7 consultations and free fast shipping.</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>As Senior Media Buyer&Creative Performance Lead you’ll lead strategy and execution establish a world-class creative testing system alongside our in‑house editors and designers and create repeatable playbooks that fuel future brand launches. This is a rare chance to shape multiple brands in a fast‑moving high‑potential beauty space with strong internal creative support.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead full strategy setup and daily execution across Meta and Snapchat including campaign architecture audience targeting bidding and creative deployment tailored to GCC consumers.</li><li>Develop and execute weekly/monthly scaling plans balancing horizontal (new audiences/markets) and vertical (budget increases on winners) approaches.</li><li>Proactively manage ad fatigue through rotation refresh and performance monitoring to maintain stable long‑term results.</li><li>Optimize blended channel metrics (CAC MER) while ensuring healthy contribution margins at scale.</li><li>Design and implement a structured creative testing framework covering angles hooks formats (video static carousel) UGC vs. produced and rapid iterations.</li><li>Analyze performance data to deliver precise actionable creative briefs and instructions to our in‑house video editor (e.g. hook structure pacing proof elements CTA placement).</li><li>Maintain a live content pipeline testing calendar iteration backlog and documentation of key learnings to inform weekly optimizations.</li><li>Leverage AI tools to accelerate idea generation concept variations and quick mockups for faster testing cycles.</li><li>Build and own a comprehensive 60‑day launch roadmap including phased budget ramps KPI milestones (e.g. early CPA targets winner identification thresholds) and scaling triggers.</li><li>Ensure full tracking readiness (pixel/events attribution setup) and account hygiene before go‑live.</li><li>Lead rapid early testing to identify high‑performing creatives and audiences then transition to aggressive profitable scaling.</li><li>Document the entire process into a repeatable launch playbook for future brand expansions.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Extensive hands‑on expertise in media buying on both Meta Ads Manager and Snapchat Ads (mandatory; GCC/MENA experience strongly preferred).</li><li>Proven track record scaling DTC beauty cosmetics hair brands with high AOV.</li><li>Deep unit economics mindset: fluency in CAC MER LTV:CAC ratios contribution margin and payback period for informed scaling decisions.</li><li>Strong creative leadership: ability to translate data into specific creative direction run structured testing and document/iterate learnings systematically.</li><li>Organized operator with excellent planning prioritization KPI tracking and weekly reporting skills.</li><li>Proficiency using AI for creative ideation/concepts (e.g. Midjourney ChatGPT for hooks/angles).</li><li>Results‑oriented calm under pressure (seasonal volatility) collaborative with creative teams data‑driven decision‑maker.</li></ul><h3>Educational&Professional Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field (or equivalent experience).</li><li>5 years of hands‑on paid media experience with at least 3 years focused on Meta Snapchat in DTC/e‑commerce.</li><li>Demonstrated success scaling DTC beauty/cosmetics/hair brands.</li><li>Strong preference for GCC/Middle East market experience due to cultural nuances language (Arabic/English) and seasonal peaks (Ramadan Eid White Friday/Black Friday).</li><li>No formal certifications required but proven results in high‑stakes scaling environments essential.</li></ul><h3>Apply now</h3><p>Join a team where creativity meets performance.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>Fully remote (GCC time zone alignment required for meetings and live optimizations).</li><li>Part‑time (with potential to become full‑time)</li><li>Opportunity to shape multiple brands in a fast‑moving beauty space with strong in‑house creative support.</li><li>Only Egypt‑based candidates can apply.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
