You will own the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining impeccable compliance with Saudi labor laws and fostering a positive employee experience. Your work will ensure our people processes are efficient, legally sound, and supportive of our team's growth and engagement.What Will You Do❓Employee LifecycleOwn the end-to-end employee journey, including preparing and issuing legally compliant employment contracts and amendmentsManage comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a stellar first-day experienceAdminister employee status changes, handling promotions, transfers, and related documentationConduct offboarding procedures including exit interviews, final settlements, and issuance of experience certificatesManage all employment-related letters and documentation with the highest level of accuracy and confidentialityPayroll & HRIS ManagementPrepare, verify, and submit accurate payroll inputs (attendances, leaves, adjustments) for timely, error-free monthly payroll processingOwn the administration of employee benefits programs, with specific responsibility for Medical/Health Insurance: manage policy renewals, employee additions/deletions, dependent updates, and serve as the primary liaison for employee claim inquiries and troubleshootingMaintain and audit employee data in our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data integrity and serving as the go-to expert for system configuration, reporting, and queriesCoordinate with finance to ensure accurate accounting and disbursement of payrollCompliance & Legal AdherenceEnsure 100% compliance with all Saudi labor laws and regulations. This includes mandatory social insurance registrations, contributions, and filings, as well as managing all interactions with the labor office (e.g., submission of documents, resolving queries)Regularly review and update HR policies, handbooks, and employment templates to reflect current legal requirementsProactively stay updated on legal changes impacting employment, benefits (including statutory health insurance schemes), and payrollManage government inspections, audits, and surveys, preparing all necessary documentation and serving as the point of contactMaintain meticulous records for all compliance-related activitiesPolicy Development & Process ImprovementContribute to developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures in line with legal mandates and industry best practicesIdentify opportunities for automation, integration, and efficiency within the people operations framework to enhance service delivery and accuracyDocument and standardize all operational processes and workflowsEmployee Engagement & SupportCollaborate with managers and the People team to coordinate local team-building activities and engagement initiativesServe as a trusted, primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits (including medical insurance), payroll, and general HR matters, resolving issues promptly and with a high degree of service orientationFoster a culture of trust and transparency through clear and compassionate communicationWhat Are We Looking For❓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of proven experience in a People Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Operations role with a strong focus on payroll, benefits, and complianceIn-depth, hands‑on experience with mandatory social insurance programs and labor office proceduresExtensive experience in administering group medical insurance policies (additions, deletions, claims support)High proficiency with HRIS platforms and payroll software; strong Excel/Google Sheets skillsComprehensive and up‑to‑date knowledge of local labor laws, employment standards, and statutory benefits requirementsExceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentialityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearlyProactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentHigh proficiency with Government platforms Qiwa, Muqeem, Muddad, GOSI, Ministry of Human Resources, Riyadh ChamberHigh level of integrity and professional ethicsWho Will
