As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive our organisation's success in the oil and gas industry.Lead the development and execution of comprehensive strategic plans aligned with organisational goalsOversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple departmentsConduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successAnalyse complex data sets to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of planning processesProvide regular reports and presentations to senior management on project progress and performanceMentor and develop junior planning staff to build a high-performing teamStay abreast of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and identify growth opportunitiesWhat do we need from youBachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 12 years of experience in planning or a related field, preferably in the oil and gas industryProven track record of successful strategic planning and project managementStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisionsExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and ProjectExperience with ERP systems and advanced planning toolsKnowledge of oil and gas industry operations, regulations, and supply chain managementProject Management Professional (PMP) certification desirableFluency in English required; Arabic language skills advantageousWillingness to work in Khafji, Saudi Arabia, and travel as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
