Job Description - Senior PM - Islamic Banking (CREQ248621)Job DescriptionSenior PM - Islamic Banking - ( CREQ248621 )DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex businessand technology initiatives within a banking environment. The role requires strong delivery discipline, stakeholdermanagement, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while ensuring alignment with business objectives,regulatory requirements, and organizational standards.The ideal candidate will have significant experience delivering projects in banking or financial services, withexposure to core banking platforms and strong collaboration across IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, andCompliance. Experience in Islamic Banking is considered an added advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial & Vendor Management● Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking● Oversee third‑party vendors, system integrators, and external consultants● Ensure contractual deliverables and SLAs are metRequired Qualifications & Experience● Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline● 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within banking or financial services● Proven experience delivering technology‑enabled change initiatives● Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models● Experience working with cross‑functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance● Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow,Smartsheet)Preferred / Good‑to‑Have● Experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking (products, systems, or operations)● Exposure to core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, or similar)● Experience in regulated environments and working with audit, risk, and compliance teams● PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certificationKey Skills & Competencies● Strong leadership and decision‑making capabilities● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills● Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity, and multiple priorities● Strong problem‑solving and analytical mindset● Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and fast‑paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
