Senior Process Engineer

Job Title: Senior Process EngineerOverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer with strong expertise in offshore brownfield projects to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and Detailed Design, along with advanced proficiency in process simulation and flow assurance tools.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute process engineering activities for offshore brownfield projectsDevelop and review process simulations, heat and material balances, and process design calculationsPrepare and validate key deliverables including PFDs, P&IDs, datasheets, and design reportsSupport FEED and Detailed Engineering phases with high-quality technical inputPerform system evaluations, debottlenecking studies, and optimization of existing facilitiesInterface with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, piping, instrumentation, etc.)Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirementsProvide technical support during project execution and commissioning phasesQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (or relevant discipline) from a recognized universityMinimum 12+ years of experience in process engineeringProven experience in offshore brownfield projectsStrong background in FEED and Detailed DesignTechnical SkillsProcess Simulation SoftwareAspen Suite (HYSYS, Aspen Plus)PipeSysFlareNetPRO/IIFlow Assurance ToolsPipeNetPipeSimPVTsim / OLGAPipePhaseTLNETFathomPreferred CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environmentExperience in optimization and troubleshooting of existing facilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
