Senior Product Designer (AI & Design Systems)

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer with strong expertise in Design Systems and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience solving complex UX challenges within enterprise environments, preferably in corporate banking. This role requires close collaboration within Agile squads alongside Product Owners, Engineers, and business stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design from discovery to deliveryOwn and evolve enterprise-level Design Systems (components, governance, scalability)Deliver user-centred design solutions for complex banking workflowsTranslate business requirements into intuitive, scalable UX solutionsCollaborate within Agile squads with Product and Technology teamsDesign AI-enabled features and intelligent user experiencesConduct UX research, usability testing, and validation activitiesPresent and defend design decisions to senior stakeholdersRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in Product / UX DesignStrong hands‑on experience building and managing Design SystemsProven experience in enterprise‑level UX problem‑solvingExperience working within Agile squad modelsStrong collaboration with engineering and product teamsExposure to AI-powered product features or intelligent systemsProficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similarPreferred QualificationsBanking domain experience (Corporate Banking preferred)Experience designing for trade finance, treasury, payments, or cash management systemsExperience working in highly regulated environmentsStrong stakeholder management and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
