Job Description
This role is for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll be the right hand to the Network Health and Trust & Safety leadership, owning complex, high-impact programs that protect customers, partners, and the business. You will identify risks before they escape, turn ambiguity into clear execution plans, and drive programs that balance safety, compliance, and operational reality. You’ll work across teams that don’t naturally align, often without direct authority. Your job is to connect the dots, make hard calls, and ensure the right things get done on time, at scale, and with measurable impact. If you enjoy solving messy problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and building mechanisms that last, this role will stretch you in the best way.Key Job ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end Trust & Safety and Network Health programs from problem definition to execution and sustained outcomesIdentify systemic risks and compliance gaps; design scalable solutions rather than one-off fixesDrive execution across multiple teams with competing prioritiesSet clear goals, milestones, and success metrics for complex initiativesAct as a thought partner to senior leadership on risk, safety, and long-term strategyBuild simple, durable mechanisms to track progress and enforce standardsRaise the bar on how programs are designed, reviewed, and communicatedA Day in the LifeOn a typical day, you might:Deep dive into data to understand where risks are emerging and whyAlign with product, operations, legal, and analytics partners on priorities and trade-offsChallenge unclear plans and push for sharper problem statements and success metricsReview program progress, unblock teams, and elevate when neededTranslate complex issues into clear updates for senior stakeholdersImprove existing processes so teams spend less time reacting and more time preventing issuesYour internal stakeholders include operations leaders, product teams, analytics partners, and legal or policy counterparts.About the TeamThe Network Health (NH) and Trust & Safety (T&S) teams work together to protect Amazon’s Last Mile operations by driving compliance, partner accountability, and safety across the AMET region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey).Network Health owns the end-to-end compliance and enforcement lifecycle for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) — from risk identification and MEP (Monitoring & Enforcement Plan) management to exit governance and performance reviews. The team ensures that all DSPs operate safely, ethically, and in alignment with Amazon’s Supply Chain Standards and local labor regulations.Trust & Safety complements this work by focusing on driver-level safety, identity verification, and incident resolution programs such as ID Check, APEA, and DAF, ensuring that both DSPs and drivers uphold Amazon’s zero-tolerance standards on compliance and worker welfare. This role operates at the intersection of both functions, helping deliver secure, compliant, and sustainable operations in one of Amazon’s fastest-growing regions.Qualifications5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)2+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related fieldOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
