This role will serve as the regional champion for programme excellence driving delivery of complex multi-disciplinary initiatives that support JLLs growth and operational objectives across MENA markets.Key ResponsibilitiesProgramme Leadership & DeliveryLead and manage multiple large-scale cross-functional programmes across MENA regionDevelop comprehensive programme roadmaps timelines and resource allocation plansEnsure programmes are delivered on time within budget and to required quality standardsCoordinate with regional country heads and local market teams to ensure programme alignmentOracle Partnership & RepresentationAct as Oracles representative across all programme management activities in MENA regionEnsure Oracles interests standards and requirements are maintained throughout project lifecyclesProvide regular reporting and updates to Oracle stakeholders on programme performanceRepresent Oracle in client meetings steering committees and key stakeholder engagementsEnsure Oracles brand values and service excellence standards are upheld at all levelsPDS Collaboration & Project DeliveryWork closely with JLLs Project Development Services (PDS) teams to ensure seamless project executionMonitor project budgets in collaboration with PDS teams to ensure financial targets are metImplement robust project timeline management processes with PDS to guarantee on-time deliveryEstablish clear governance frameworks between PMO and PDS for optimal project outcomesSupply Chain Management & OversightEnsure accurate and efficient supply chain management across all MENA programmesImplement supply chain governance processes and controlsMonitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with Oracle and JLL standardsCoordinate with procurement teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectivenessMaintain supply chain risk registers and mitigation strategiesStakeholder ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across MENA marketsFacilitate programme steering committees and governance meetingsProvide regular programme updates and reporting to EMEA PMO leadership and Oracle stakeholdersManage client expectations and communications for client-facing programmesPMO Excellence & Process ImprovementImplement and maintain PMO standards methodologies and best practices across MENADrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme delivery efficiencyEstablish and monitor programme KPIs and success metrics aligned with Oracle requirementsMentor and develop local programme management capabilitiesRegional CoordinationAct as the primary PMO liaison for MENA region within the broader EMEA structureCoordinate cross-regional programmes and initiativesEnsure compliance with regional regulatory requirements and cultural considerationsSupport business development activities through programme management expertiseRequired QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelors degree in Business Engineering or related fieldPMP PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management certification preferredAdvanced degree (MBA) is advantageousExperience7 years of programme/project management experience preferably in professional services or real estate3 years of experience managing programmes in MENA regionProven track record of delivering complex multi-million dollar programmesExperience working in matrix organizations and managing virtual teamsTechnical SkillsProficiency in programme management tools (Microsoft Project Smartsheet Jira etc.)Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsExperience with PMO frameworks and methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesLanguage & Cultural RequirementsFluent English (written and verbal) - essentialArabic language skills highly preferredStrong understanding of MENA business culture and practicesExperience working across diverse cultural environmentsKey CompetenciesStrategic thinking and business acumenExceptional leadership and team management skillsStrong communication and presentation abilitiesAdaptability and resilience in fast-paced environmentsCultural sensitivity and regiona
