Join us in our mission to enhance the built environment and contribute to the Kingdom's vision.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and performance metricsMonitor and report on project progress and performance, identifying any variances from established objectivesConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project issuesPrepare and deliver regular project status updates to stakeholdersCollaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to project control processesImplement best practices in project controls to optimize project outcomesMentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of continuous improvementQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline10+ years of proven experience in project control within large-scale construction projectsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, including Earned Value ManagementProficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)Exceptional analytical skills with a keen attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentExperience in leading project control strategies is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
