Working in collaboration with PNC Architects, this role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to complex architectural developments while leading advanced BIM (Building Information Modeling) strategies and digital design workflows.This position is ideal for experienced BIM professionals who are passionate about innovation, multidisciplinary coordination, and cutting‑edge architectural technology within one of the region’s most prestigious real estate environments.Job Titles:Senior Project Coordinator.Key Responsibilities:Lead BIM strategy across projects in alignment with ISO 19650 standards and organizational best practices.Mentor and supervise BIM specialists and coordinators, providing training, guidance, and performance oversight.Manage and optimize Autodesk Revit models for complex multidisciplinary architectural projects.Ensure effective coordination using federated models, clash detection, and model health audits through Navisworks or BIMcollab.Promote adoption of parametric and computational design tools such as Dynamo, Rhino, and Grasshopper.Collaborate with visualization teams to integrate BIM data into Enscape, Twinmotion, Lumion, and AI‑assisted design platforms.Standardize BIM protocols, templates, naming conventions, and libraries across projects.Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) for accurate documentation, version control, and traceability.Monitor emerging BIM technologies and drive continuous workflow improvements.Ideal Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.8–10 years of BIM experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or leadership role.Expert proficiency in Autodesk Revit with a strong record of delivering complex projects.Advanced knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and visualization tools; AI‑assisted design experience is a plus.Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards, BIM execution planning, and multidisciplinary coordination.Proven leadership, mentoring skills, and strong stakeholder management abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
